I have zero knowledge when it comes to legal challenges (or the law, for that matter), so I’m asking; is it possible for someone to challenge the Supreme Court ruling, and Roberts’ opinion about Section 4 by trying to prove that racism is, in fact, currently rampant in America? Although in 2013, when he wrote that opinion, racism was still apparent in America but it wasn’t as open and obvious as it is now. So, I would think that with this strong evidence the Supreme Court ruling could be challenged? There must be some way to challenge the conservative support of, and active use of racism in American politics!
