We need to stop calling the justices conservative. The are not. These justices are reationary and partison. The 6 usually rule for the powerful and against the people. If they get their way the protections for the environment,the economy,banking,food safety,worker safety,medical standards,civil rights and social security and Medicare/Medicaid all gone. Call them out for what they are.

AMEN! Because they can legislate from the bench, they apparently believe that they are less "co-equal" than the Executive or Legislative Branches. Congress has the power (although not the spine nor patriotism) to ensure that they ACTUALLY follow the Constitution; but since the majority of all of them are Republicans (who view the Constitution as either irrelevant or optional after J6), it will require replacing Republicans in Congress with AMERICANS instead, who actually believe in our laws, Constitution, and values like not defrauding the American people or interfering with the RIGHT to vote.
Personally, I'd like to see them hanged as an example for FUTURE corrupt justices to remember that judicial corruption --ESPECIALLY SCOTUS CORRUPTION-- has DIRE consequences, thereby hopefully "encouraging" them to actually honor their oath to our Constitution. The other four conservative Justices have shown they lied under oath to the Senate when they testified for Senate approval of their appointment (Re Roe v Wade). They showed they are partisan hacks, making one type of choice for Republicans while making the opposite choice for Democrats. This is a display of overt bias, grounds for removal (in 2029) on the basis of them not being in "good Behaviour" (per the constitution) which clearly intended they be held to the traditional standard for judges to be 'above even the appearance of impropriety' (and clearly not subject to the Article 2 standards of impeachment).
Clear house in 2029 and appoint new Justices (and a few other judges such as Cannon), THEN propose an amendment to change SCOTUS to remove politics from the entire process. Without cleaning house first, Conservatives would have no motivation to change the rules.
Look for two SCOTUS retirements immediately after the 2026 elections. They have shown before their willingness to approve a partisan hack on very short notice, why not two of them?
Problem they have though is that would make the court 4-3 split, with more opportunities for decisions not friendly to Trump. Trump is going to want to contest the 2026 elections, because that is his nature.
Trump will be panicking, and not planning ahead. All he will be able to see is his pending impeachment (Knowing this time they have FAR more on him) and the criminal trial(s) waiting for him. He does not trust Vance to protect him. Trump is deathly afraid of dying in prison, like his close friend Epstein.
And yes, Democrats ABSOLUTELY should refuse to even consider ANY appointments by Trump for ANY position (including judicial, cabinet, etc...) unless the Democrats can effectively pick them.
Don't even waste time considering them. Focus instead on preparing bills that will not be vetoed in 2029. Pass them, and let Trump veto them, and file them. This is how you get them ready to be voted on quickly in 2029, because we have a LOT of things to fix in 2029. It will also make clear our agenda for 2029.
