Next up, *thinking* about protest will be punished to the full extent of the president’s whim.

Predictable. Donald stamps foot, jiggles wattles and protests loudly—a baby bully in full outrage.

They are trying to silence us. On a related note, my nephew and his wife have recently submitted passport applications so that they can travel to the UK to help their daughter get back home after completing her studies there. I learned this weekend one of their applications was flagged for “review” and requires a meeting before approval. The wife shitposts 47 on various social media platforms… 😞. We don’t know if this is why, but I’d say it’s a pretty good bet. F that loser sorry-ass excuse for a human.

I would really like to see these DOJ lawyers who participate in this nonsense lose their law licenses if they're doing anything against bar ethics, procedures and/or rules. Civil/criminal charges would also be nice. I'd also like to see them fired from the DOJ when Trump et al are gone.

Truly pathetic. Those who are turning USDOJ into a laughing stock should be fired… along with the sheeple who blindly follow the leader…

What is the best way to contribute to the defendants’ legal costs?

What a superb service from PN. Would that this were not so. Would that this piece were not necessary. But it is, to alert many -- who are sleeping -- that [ overpowering ] evil is coming for them because of their thoughts and speech. They must file claims for compensation from the djt slush fund du jour.

Damn right I am against fascism. Come and get me, Trump Nazi hordes.

Would be nice if their state stepped in to provide legal defense for their citizens in what appears to be a clear case of malicious prosecution, of which this DoJ is building a very strong track record of doing. From day one I would be pushing that narrative and filing papers to that affect, calling for the court to review the grand Jury transcripts, because again this DoJ is developing a strong track record of breaking the rules there as well.

I see the story Trump is building here of "Activist and corrupt Liberal Judges shielding these terrorists from justice...". Trump has a long history of shouting accusations without any evidence. He considers accusations to be the same as a conviction. Perhaps because he knows he is guilty of so many crimes that whenever he is accused, he IS guilty.

"William Morgan, is alleged to have kicked an ICE vehicle, denting it, and knocked an ICE agent’s notes out of his hand."

I have kicked cars. They do not easily dent. Cars are VERY heavy and to 'kick' one hard enough to "knocked an ICE agent’s notes out of his hand." would take a superhero.

Normally that would take the MASS of another vehicle hitting your car in order to cause that forcible a movement. It is all about the MOMENTUM, but I don't expect anybody in this administration to consider / understand / admit to the validity of ANY science.

By the way, if the car did 'dent' from the kick, that deformation of the car would actually ABSORB most the energy of the impact, reducing further any movement of the vehicle.

Let us PLEASE remember this is the same government and same ICE organization that invented / LIED about the crimes of people who they wanted to hurt.

Have to say, the 'harm' of having to pick up your notes is kind of minimal and not sure how that even elevates to a misdemeanor worthy of a trial.

Have to wonder, did they even have the evidence of a dent?

Now that charges have been filed, Defendants have a right to all the evidence to be used against them.
