I've done a lot of event planning, and I'm from Philadelphia. The idea that they got off 95 in THAT neighborhood, rolled up to that parking lot, saw where they were, and said, "F it, we're going ahead with this!" speaks to the absolute lunacy and incompetence. The mind reels.
