I think Amodei should not accept a unilateral termination of the Pentagon's and likely government's contracts with Anthropic. If there is no stay of the action, announce that *Anthropic* will terminate services to the Pentagon in 2 weeks, since the contracts are being illegally voided; say "OK - 2 can play."
Then in 2 weeks start shutting them down. I'm sure the DoD will sue before then, but push them onto their heels.
