If Anthropic relocates to Europe, bringing its researchers, capital, and institutional knowledge, it accelerates the brain drain I documented and strengthens the EU’s “trustworthy AI” alternative exactly when democracies need proof that rights-respecting technology can compete. I think Amodei should not accept a unilateral termination of the Pentagon's and likely government's contracts with Anthropic. If there is no stay of the action, announce that *Anthropic* will terminate services to the Pentagon in 2 weeks, since the contracts are being illegally voided; say "OK - 2 can play."
Then in 2 weeks start shutting them down. I'm sure the DoD will sue before then, but push them onto their heels.

Unfortunately, Anthropic needs to sale it’s platform to UK, Canada and Ukraine.
