I say let the lower courts continue to deliver well-deserved backhanded bitch slaps to these goons and anti-democracy thugs at the Department of Injustice.
The sad reality is that the SCOTUS Shameful 6 in all likelihood will continue their pogrom of striking down any sane lower court rulings that do not comport with their mission to coronate the all-powerful man-child Mad King who can give the middle finger to court rulings and laws passed by Congress he doesn't like.
Unless and until there is a massive push to require that the Supremes abide by the same ethical rules and standards required of the lower courts and the shadow docket is dismantled, righteous rulings of the lower courts will continue to be be blown up.
I fear it’s only a brief respite from the madness, but a respite nonetheless. Tom Emmer still spews lies and hate for MInnesota politicians on a regular basis, unchecked by colleagues including Amy Klobuchar.
I wonder so many things about this administration, but the big one at the moment is "How the hell did any of these people graduate from law school?"
