I don't want to lose this important point that Aaron makes, an attempt at pinpointing the reality of where Tyler Robinson's head was based on what we know. He was upset at the anger that Charlie Kirk was spreading, tired of it he said. Kirk was anti gay/ trans. So Robinson was defending against an attack that he apparently took personally because of his involvement with his roommate's ( his "love") transitioning. That is a very good guess. There is no evidence that Robinson held views of the left. And that brings the realization, if we did not have this already, that trans/gay/LGBT is considered to belong to the left only and characterizes one as left if one is sympathetic. In fact it does not; the MAGA right has its gays etc (Bessent? etc). So, as Kimmel was saying ...political points needed to be made (as well out of the gate-by Trump) so any truth would be obscured and would not matter.
As well there is a real split in the radical right: Fuentes- Groyper, Kirk-- we are learning.. & more will come out.
It's possible that Tyler Robinson himself was transitioning.. transitioning from his MAGA gun-toting culture at home and doing his own thinking though apparently emotionally confused.
Glad that Indivisible is organizing a boycott against Disney, Hulu, ABC and that people are already cancelling subscriptions. Next is give any Disney merch. to the thrift store.
I was thinking about bonfires... but probably toxic and dangerous. I would take a permanent marker and alter it- maybe a circle with a diagonal line through it🚫.. then to thrift.

I would add that many of us do not stay up that late, although those who live in the central time zones get the shows an hour earlier and might watch them on television. However, all of the late-night shows have a strong presence on You Tube, so many people watch them there the next day. Jimmy Kimmel's You Tube channel, when I looked yesterday, has 20.8 million subscribers.
