She violated bond conditions by travelling out of state and then came back to CO to hide with the help of Mike Lindell in Pitkin County (Aspen). Where she was later arrested in a Lindell controlled Aspen luxury hidey hole.
I heard the Judge (in real time) as he sentenced Tina Peters to 9 years in prison. He had never encountered anyone more guilty and more deserving of a prison sentence. He described her as totally without remorse about the state crimes she committed and so self-centered that she expected special privileges (including a "magnetic mattress," whatever that is) if imprisoned.
She broke the law in attempt to overturn an election, and she deserves to stay in prison for her entire term. Trump can whine and proclaim all he wants. He cannot legally pardon her.
