Todd Blanche is trying his case in the media, though. Should we assume that this is the only venue? That the entire point of the former Department of Justice is to undermine the public support for antiracism work? In line with the white nationalist agenda of the Heritage Foundation?
He and Patel have been all over the media talking about their indictment but going beyond the allegations in the document—in a fashion strictly prohibited by the Professional Code of Responsibility. (I only know this from clips rebroadcast in social media).
