The religious right does not care about religious rights.
Whether it goes by the name "Seven Mountain Mandate" or "Integralism" it cares most about amassing the power to dominate the culture by force of law, and by brute force itself.
They are not holy, not following their own religious values, but use "faith" as a beard for their pursuit of raw power, a pursuit that proves their faithlessness.
In their twisted imagination everyone *else* shares their dark fantasies, so they have to act in bad faith first, lest someone *else* act in bad faith later.
MAGA and Trump are the epitome of their faith in power, and lack of faith in God.
To be fair there's plenty of secular conservatives who are to the fore-front of anti-trans bigotry. Trump comes to mind and I don't think anyone seriously believes he is a man of faith, for all his perverse popularity with the godly.
So applicable!! If christians had these examples shown to them,taught to them, I don't think it would reach them. It has some logic and critical thinking about it! I remember a social studies teacher who used the example in class about " anyone in this class with blue eyes is inferior and should not be allowed any rights!" Some seventh graders seemed to understand.
