I'm afraid, like you, that this yet another "stay tuned" situation. Full employment for literally brigades of attorneys. At least we are not settling these matters with guns. And that's why the legal profession is a noble calling.

Will the provisions in the budget bill regarding the courts (which shouldn't be in a budget bill in the first place) negate all these rulings?

I feel like it doesn’t matter what SCOTUS rules CF47 will just ignore them! Remember they gave him the very special boy & unlimited powers to do what he wants as long as it’s done within the guidelines of the presidency!!! And again here we are 🙄😡😤🤬
