Is perjury not a thing anymore, or is that just for everyone else?

Under the Trump Administration, perjury has become an “art” form.

ICE are not trained law enforcement… no self respecting law enforcement officer would behave this way. Yes there are bad apples, but an entire agency? Are we sure Jeannine Pirro isn’t in charge of it? Do they collect court fees on these cases?🤬 Great report, Lisa. The rotten fish stinks to high heaven!

Good point! Why do police and other law enforcement officers have their procedures and protocols, their mandatory training? Because various law suits and lots of cases thrown out of court because of 'bad practices'. Police found it cheaper and more effective to obey the law.

What is needed is a LOT of very large law suits filed, including on behalf of 'undocumented immigrants' as well as all the others. Sandwich guy can go after them for malicious prosecution, not to mention the unwarranted night raid on his house (even if they had a warrant, but did they?). So very many cases to file, with new ones every day. Should keep the DoJ busy defending their precious ICE agents in court.

Local and state police should stop and arrest ICE agents wearing masks and refusing to provide warrants and ID or explain their reason why they could not wait for warrants. ICE agents are guilty of kidnapping. Grabbing people off the streets is not how arrests are conducted. Until they behave according to the law, their actions are illegal and must be stopped in order to protect the rights of citizens under the protection of the local and state police.

Federal agents acting within the scope of their mission are protected, but only after it is clear they have acted as federal agents. In other words, they have to provide identification, not simply verbally declare it.

I would LOVE to see how the supremacy clause can be used to allow ICE agents to break federal laws, or even state laws that are in place simply to ensure people's rights are protected. Seems to me this administration is using up ALL their credibility.

Even IF the courts decide the ICE agents have the 'right' to break these laws, it will be good to see the police and states to actually TRY and to make clear to the nation that the administration is actually declaring these powers over the people.

One question that is rarely answered, how much money (and time) are people out defending themselves? Remember, trump and his kind often bring frivolous lawsuits, not expecting to win, but just to drain their opponent’s resources. And no, don’t mention gofundme’s. That just distributes the burden to more people. The loser should cover everything.

The individuals working behind the masks have lowered themselves to depths I would not have imagined prior to this administration and their quest to inflict harm on others- I can’t understand how their families can look at them with anything but disgust! I look forward to the investigations which we know will happen once we give this administration the boot- I can vision courtrooms packed with the very people they have targeted, and the cheers erupting when verdicts of guilty are announced. Of course, that does nothing for the hell hole they are experiencing currently.

They're wearing masks so their families don't see what they're doing.

Sick, sad motherf***ers are going to face some Nuremberg Trials of their own in a few years.

Just following orders is no excuse.

Whenever I see Bovino's last name I just mentally replace the terminal 'o' with 'e'.

So let’s be clear, Bovino is a liar and a sneak. He tells his ICE goons to “go hard” on protesters who insult them, he lies under oath, he adopts the outfits of Nazis and uses the Nazi salute to signal he is beyond the rule of law, no one can touch him. Yes, Bovino follows the model of Hitler just like Trump who uses Hitler terms like “enemy of the people” to identify those who deserve punishment. These are insane fascist maniacs, do not expect them to change. They are focused on their mission of violence, disruption and death against those they hate. Wake up, America! These monsters are dangerous.

These ICE thugs are just emulating Trump. Perpetually declaring how superhuman he is, so very strong and powerful... and yet perpetually the victim, helpless under the onslaught of those terrible, terrifying "Libtards", "Fanatical extreme leftists"...

Yes, it is easy to be 'tough' when nobody ever dares to touch you. It is your status to be above all others, because you are ENTITLED and obviously therefore, anyone daring to defy their imperial power is not to be allowed. Lying in court is their right, as long as it puts those "Socialist Terrorists" in their place. Even after losing their various court cases, they simply blame the opposing lawyers, the judges and their assistants, the media, witnesses, juries... Anyone and everyone but themselves, ever, just like (most) every other criminal in history.

Laws are there to give them power and to protect their entitlement. Justice is when their power is protected, validated. Fairness is when they get everything they wanted.

They are all infants, toddlers, given assault rifles and no training, told they are powerful and entitled, with no experience, no understanding of the law, no limitations or consequences placed upon their actions... Again, talking about both Trump AND the ICE agents who see Trump as their hero.
