Dear readers,

Please welcome Owen Thomas Rupar to the world! He clocked in early Friday afternoon at a surprisingly large 9 pounds, 1 ounce. Both he and his momma are doing well, and we’re all feeling very blessed.

As I told you in my most recent newsletter, I’m taking this week off, but I wanted to update everyone and share a few photos. We have lots of snuggling, tummy time, and helping Mia acclimate to her new little brother coming up over the next handful of days. I’ll be back next Monday with content that may not be as cute as baby pics, but that I think you’ll find to be enjoyable and informative anyway.
