Maybe anti-abortion OBGYNs may be a bigger population than I am aware of, but even so these red states are all gonna be Sandpoint ID, especially the least popular ones (ND has harsh weather, but the state legislature is harsher!).
Better keep that helicopter ambulance gassed up for that special, pregnant woman in your life. I don’t think these hospital systems can afford to pay enough recruit workers, and there already thousands of unfilled medical jobs here

I like the unexpected usage of Florida’s gawd-awful SYG laws. Hopefully Missouri and other red states with SYG laws can do the same.
