I kept saying Trump wouldn’t be elected, so what do I know, but Vance is uniquely bizarre&a terrible fit in a representative democracy.
If our country has become dirtier and poorer, it is not the ordinary immigrants who are causing this, but people such as Vance’s owner, Peter Thiel, and the other oligarchs who only look at this country as a cash cow for themselves,and would happily starve everyone if it gave them another dollar.
It's hard to imagine a Vance presidency. I know we like to think there's no way a republikkkan can win, but it's easy to get ahead of ourselves. He is just not that smart, he is not well read, he literally had no policies he put forth, etc. I see him failing at any attempt at the presidency. I hope.
I think all federally elected Republicans are going to be tainted by Trump's Iran disaster and indeed the other governing catastrophe's of this Presidency. In approximate terms 90% of them have voiced support for all his blunders, 9% have held silence and the honourable 1% who opposed him have been chased out of the party. I hope independent voters have long memories.
