This is ridiculous. He started this when he wasn’t even elected!

Thanks!

Regrettably, SCOTUS immunity ruling is first salvo of Project 2025; reform or SCOTUS a must! Whitehouse for Judicial Committee Chair!

The first salvo of Project 2025 was under Reagan according to Kevin Roberts, as I read in a The Guardian article. He said that Reagan enacted about 69% and then Trump came in and enacted about 89%. Biden has spent his whole presidency not only undoing much of this, but also trying to introduce some very different ideas instead like that trickle down is not a thing. Trump could not get things to stick because he did not have the loyalists in place. SCOTUS Is already carrying out this agenda. So, Project 2025 is alive and well in the USA and it is because of SCOTUS that they are all so sure that they are going to complete their goals.

SCOTUS got a conservative majority and is now playing Calvinball to get what it wants. The only way to win now is not to play. We'll see if reasonable courts are willing to call BS. I'm hopeful in this case from what I've seen from Merchan, but who knows? Court reform needs to be a priority if Dems can win in the Fall.

On the other hand, Biden could “officially “ order the arrest and execution of any number of SCOTUS justices, with full immunity, right?

You'd think! But that ignores the most important (and ONLY) rule of Calvinball - I always win and you always lose. Our checks have become imbalanced and it's high time we fix that!

Lower courts should just repeatedly ignore the conservative majority ruling, forcing them to repeatedly reiterate their errors until it sinks in that their fraudulent opinion is simply not going to be respected.

If the court wants to disrespect the rule of law to this extent, then it has earned contempt and SHOULD be ignored.

Roberts can clutch his pearls all the way to the removal of all six of Trump’s co-conspirators on the bench by a “unitary executive” that takes them at their word.

It's been wild to see judicial reform being rolled out today as a potential campaign strategy. Trump completed what McConnell started with the politicization of SCOTUS, and their public approval has subsequently plunged past even DJT. That Biden feels empowered to come after SCOTUS during an election says loads about their current position in society.

Has no bearing. Those crimes were committed long before he was PotUS. So he’s saying it’s official White House business to raw dog porn stars and cover it up and rape authors in nyc changing rooms.

Is there any reason Jack Smith doesn’t bring charges against the unindicted co-conspirators in the Jan 6 case?

Today's SCOTUS, pissed that Americans exposed their corruption, retaliated with clearly unconstitutional decisions such as presidential immunity.

The thought that an American Institution such as accountable-to-nobody SCOTUS would hold up in the '24 election is laudable, but tenuous.

Who's to stop a rogue 6-3 majority from declaring that some frivolous lawsuit claiming a fraudulent election is (aHem cough cough) "unconstitutional," ushering in Trump as 47?

Yet bumpstocks are constitutionally protected. See a connection?

Tie in the subtle power grab by SCOTUS and he might just get away with everything. They ruled that a president has broad immunity and that, ultimately, SCOTUS is the final arbiter of how far that extends.
